Between July 1 and 31, the Hunan Department of Commerce will collaborate with related authorities, payment platforms, and businesses to launch a month-long voucher campaign. More than 100 million yuan of targeted coupons will be issued to catering and retail industries.

The main activities will be held on Alipay in the forms of retail and catering e-coupons. The over 100 million yuan of coupons are expected to lead consumptions worth more than one billion yuan. Meanwhile, a “717 Shopping Carnival” and other sales promotions will be organized in various cities and via Internet platforms.

All people in Hunan can obtain coupons at “火红七月 湘府有礼” channel on Alipay homepage, or search for “湘府有礼” on Alipay app. There are three types of coupons, namely: government, platforms, and enterprises. They can be obtained on the dates of July 1, 3, 10, 17, and 24, starting from 12:00 pm.

After getting the government coupon, people can use it at all catering and retail businesses which accept payments made via Alipay in Hunan within 7 days. The platform coupons are accepted on Alipay’s Ele.Me and Koubei platforms. The enterprise coupons can be used at both off-line shops and online platforms such as Alipay, Koubei, and Ele.Me. The three kinds of coupons can be used together.
