The China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area International Youth Entrepreneurship Port was inaugurated on June 30, 2023.

The entrepreneurship port serves as a comprehensive service platform that integrates international exchanges, high-level talent entrepreneurship, and China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. 

By adopting a new model of "gathering, cultivating, and retaining international talents", the port aims to create an "entrepreneurship harbor" that attracts global talents.

The entrepreneurship port, in collaboration with public security authorities, promoted the issuance of an entrepreneurship visa to qualified international students and provides them with entrepreneurial guidance and support.

Enterprises settling in the entrepreneurship port provide international youths with internship opportunities, entrepreneurial scenarios, and resource matchmaking.
