Marriage Registration Procedures for Hunan Residents and Foreigners in Hunan

Eligibility Criteria:
1. One of the parties must hold a Hunan household registration (hukou).
2. Both parties must enter into the marriage voluntarily.
3. The legal minimum age for marriage is 22 for men and 20 for women.
4. Both parties must not be related by blood, directly or indirectly, within three generations.
5. Both parties must be single and legally eligible to marry.

 
Documents and Certificates Required:
Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China
Household Registration Book of the People's Republic of China
Valid Passport
Certificate of No Marital Status
