During the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, Changsha metro lines and Changsha Maglev Express Line will increase their capacity, optimize operating hours, and prioritize safe, stable, and orderly operations to offer passengers a warm and comfortable travel experience.

The Changsha Metro Line 2 has set up security check-free channels at Changsha South Railway Station and Jintai Square Station respectively. This allows citizens to transfer seamlessly between the metro and the high-speed rail and intercity railway systems.

In case there is a large number of stranded passengers at Changsha South Railway Station after the closure of the metro line operations, extra trains starting from the station on Line 2 will be added. The arrangement is made to ensure convenient travel for passengers heading towards the city proper.

During the Spring Festival holiday, the fares of Changsha Maglev Express Line will remain unchanged: 20 yuan/person from the maglev express line's Changshanan Station (or Changsha South Railway Station) to Huanghua Airport Station, 10 yuan/person from Huanghua Airport Station to Langli Station, and 10 yuan/person from Langli Station to Changshanan Station.

The Changsha Maglev Express Line extends its operating hours on weekends and holidays, specifically from 7:00-22:30 to 7:00-23:00. On weekends and holidays, the last train departure times at Changshanan Station and Huanghua Airport Station on the line are 22:30 and 23:00, respectively. During other periods, the last train departure times at the two stations are 22:00 and 22:30 respectively.

During the Spring Festival travel rush, service counters are set up at several metro stations, including the Juzizhou Station, Changsha Railway Station, Changsha South Railway Station, Wangchengpo Station, and Kaifu District Government Station. Volunteers are organized to provide passengers with hot water and other cold-proof supplies, as well as various services such as luggage packing and handling, transfer consultation, and traffic guidance.

The Changsha Maglev Express Line has set up extra ticket outlets at the Wuyi Square subway station hall and the passage connecting Changsha South Railway Station to the maglev station. If you require assistance, you can make an appointment through the Changsha Metro APP or contact the subway service hotline at 0731-86850000. Alternatively, you can call the maglev service hotline at 0731-86859898 for assistance.
