Yueyang Museum reopens to the public after a temporary closure for renovation of space layout and exhibition area in the museum since Feb. 19, 2025.

Exhibits highlighting Yueyang's historical culture are displayed at the museum. The museum also features a sci-tech interactive experience zone, using rich historical artifacts and diverse display methods to enable visitors to experience Yueyang's profound cultural heritage and unique charm.

After renovation, the museum's exhibition area has been expanded to 1,600 square meters. There are over 1,200 cultural relics on display, including exhibits dating back to the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.

Opening hours: 9:00-17:00 from Tuesday to Sunday (last entry at 16:30)
