1. Eligibility: Full-time students majored in Chinese Language from Belt & Road partner countries, aged 18 years or older, and are currently not studying in Hunan Province. The duration of study is one academic year.
2. Priority will be given to applicants with a certain basis in Chinese.
II. Scholarship Coverage and Standards
1. Scholarship recipients enjoy a full scholarship of 15,000 RMB/academic year that covers registration, tuition, basic textbooks, accommodation and comprehensive insurance.
2. On Campus accommodation for scholarship recipients will be provided.
III. Application Documents
1. A copy of the applicant's valid regular passport.
2. Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The physical examinations should cover all items listed in the form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months. (Appendix 1.

4. Non-criminal Record. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority. In general the result is valid for only 6 months.
5. Application Form for Hunan Provincial Scholarship for Chinese Language Learning Students from Belt and Road Partner Countries.
6. HSK Certificate (if any).
