I. Registration Time and Location
Online Registration:
Before arriving at the CSUFT, please log in to the CSUFT International Student Service Platform (https://csuft.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) from August 27 to September 24, 2025, to make an appointment for registration. Follow the requirements to upload your payment receipts, proof of purchasing Comprehensive Insurance for Foreign Students in China, and information about your flight/train tickets to China, etc.

On-site Registration Location:
Rooms 505 and 508 on the 5th Floor of Zhiyuan Building, CSUFT(中南林业科技大学致远楼五楼505、508室)

II. Registration Preparations
Payment Completion
1.Payment Policy
According to Article 12 of College Students Management Regulations (Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China) and Article 40 of Administrative Measures for the Enrollment and Cultivation of International Students by Schools (Order No. 42 of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China),students who fail to pay tuition fee required or fail to purchase International Students Insurance shall be subject to expulsion or shall not be registered.

2.Payment Information
To avoid the inconvenience of carrying large amounts of cash, please transfer the tuition and on-campus accommodation fees for the 2025-2026 academic year to the bank account of CSUFT via bank transfer before arriving at the CSUFT. For bank account details, tuition standards, and on-campus accommodation fee standards, please refer to Admission Letter.
When making the remittance, please be sure to indicate your application number and passport number.

3.Purchase Insurance
All international students studying at our university must purchase the "Comprehensive Insurance for Foreign Students in China" in accordance with relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China.

III. Registration Documents
Please come to the CSUFT to handle registration procedures at the time specified in the Admission Letter. At the time of registration, the documents to be presented include: Original or hard  copy of the Admission Letter copy of the "Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202)," ordinary passport, original X visa for study in China, originals of all application documents for enrollment, original receipts for tuition and accommodation fee payments, proof of International Students Insurance, etc.

IV. Warm Reminders
Chinese Language Proficiency: Students instructed in Chinese must pass the HSK5 examination one year before graduation; the ones instructed in English must pass the HSK 4 examination one year before graduation.
National Costume: To better facilitate cultural exchange activities, it is recommended that you bring two sets of national costumes that best represent your country's style when coming to the CSUFT.
