The 2025 China International Rail Transit and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Exposition will be held at the Zhuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center between November 7 and 9, announced at the press conference of the expo on October 21.

The China International Rail Transit and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Exposition is China's first national-level international professional exhibition in the rail transit industry. Themed "Rail links the world, maglev connects the future," this session will feature an exhibition area of approximately 40,000 square meters. Five thematic exhibition zones will be set up, covering the whole industrial chain including rail transit equipment manufacturing, key components and raw materials, cutting-edge technology demonstration, intelligent systems, operation and maintenance, and infrastructure design consultation.

The expo will focus on high-speed maglev technologies. An opening ceremony will be held in conjunction with the China High-speed Maglev Technology Innovation Conference. Nine high-level conferences and forums are scheduled, covering all key sectors on the industrial chain. A number of experts and representatives from leading enterprises will deliver five high-quality keynote speeches. Besides, nearly 500 elite personages in related industries will get together, exchanging views and offering suggestions to maglev technology development.

Exhibition hall tours, public days, and other related activities are also scheduled. For example, a rail transit cultural and creative space will be set up to introduce railway development history, display bullet train models, and offer interactive games of railway building blocks, which will make the industrial culture more accessible to the public. At the outdoor exhibition area, large-sized rail transit vehicles, concrete pump trucks, and other heavy equipment will be showcased as visual demonstrations of the robust industrial strength. These activities will provide opportunities for partnership matchmaking, and meanwhile, enable the public to experience the charm of the industry, thereby fully highlighting Zhuzhou's unique feature of "industry plus culture" integration.

A number of domestic and international leading enterprises have confirmed their participations in the expo, such as CRRC of China, Atlas Copco of Sweden, Westinghouse of the United States, and Deutsche Bahn AG of Germany. Over 30,000 professional visits are projected. Senior officials from relevant Chinese national ministries and committees, government representatives from several Belt and Road countries, academicians and experts, and core industrial experts, will gather in Zhuzhou for the event.
