Exhibition of China Xieyi Oil Painting

On September 21, the Exhibition of China Xieyi Oil Painting opened at the Li Zijian Art Museum in Changsha. Co-organized by the Beijing Academy of China Xieyi Oil Painting and the Li Zijian Art Museum, the exhibition features 229 works by 104 artists across three generations—senior, middle-aged, and young—showcasing the development and achievements of China xieyi (freehand brushwork) oil painting. Duration: September 21, 2025 to November 30, 2025 

Venue: Soul Space and Exhibition Halls B1 and C1–C4, Li Zijian Art Museum (No. 385, Xiaoxiang South Road, Yuelu District, Changsha)

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30-17:30 (last entry at 17:00);
Closed on Monday except statutory holidays 

Ticket: free of charge 

Before visiting, visitors are required to make a reservation via the museum's official WeChat account.
