According to data from the Zhuzhou Customs Authority on July 21, in the first half of this year, Liling's exports of electric porcelain, also known as ceramic insulators, reached 470 million CNY, a year-on-year increase of 39.9%, accounting for 96.2% of Hunan's total electric porcelain exports.
Liling is a major domestic industrial base for electric porcelain, with products covering the full range of voltage levels from 10 kV to 1,100 kV and exported to more than 40 countries and regions. This year, the Zhuzhou Customs Authority has enhanced its services to make customs clearance smoother, tax benefits greater, and support for electric porcelain exports stronger. By establishing a green channel for electric porcelain exports and implementing a one-on-one coordination mechanism for key enterprises, the customs authority resolved 13 customs clearance challenges for eight companies in the first half of the year. The authority conducted precise analyses of tariff policies in destination countries, provided tailored guidance on export preferential policies, implemented full-process online services, and regularly collected data on the utilization of preferential treatment overseas. In the first half of the year, the total value of certificates of origin issued for Liling's electric porcelain reached 89.53 million CNY, representing a 38.4% increase.
