Recently, the Huanglong Cave Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie issued an online call for recruiting "cave-experience officers," cordially inviting domestic and international tourists who love travelling, care about travel quality, and are willing to share their travel experiences and opinions to actively participate.

This initiative aims to comprehensively assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Huanglong Cave Scenic Area in terms of products, services, and management through the first-person view of visitors. The campaign seeks to assist the scenic area in improving product development, enhancing infrastructure, and optimizing service details and management processes, thereby achieving the goal of holistically enhancing the travel experiences of its visitors.

The campaign requires "cave-experience officers" to enter Huanglong Cave as "mysterious visitors" and, without revealing their identities, to comprehensively document their experiences and impressions throughout the entire journey. Meanwhile, participants are asked to focus on key areas such as product development, facility availability, environmental hygiene, service assurance, safety production, and the handling of tourist complaints, and to offer constructive feedback based on their personal experiences and unique perspectives.
