The signed projects have several highlights. Suzhou Yizhu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an emerging enterprise in the field of China's computing-in-memory chips with large AI computing power, is set to initiate an AI computing platform project in Changsha. The company plans to invest 500 million CNY over the next five years to establish an innovation center and demonstration base, with an expected annual output value exceeding 1 billion CNY. Changsha Zhuorui Consulting Co., Ltd., a company deeply engaged in China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, signed an agreement with the BunAroma Coffee Exporter for the direct procurement of Ethiopian coffee beans, helping to establish a streamlined channel for importing high-quality African agricultural products to China. Suzhou MedEdge Innovations Medical Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 500 million CNY to build an intelligent manufacturing base for medical polymer materials in Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The facility will mass-produce peripheral interventional microcatheters and guidewires, percutaneous drainage catheters, and other medical devices. Once core products are commercialized and reach full production capacity, the base is expected to generate an annual revenue of 500 million CNY.

Wu Zhaoshu, director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, stated that Changsha will fully leverage CIIE's four major functions of international procurement, investment promotion, cultural exchange, and open collaboration to expand import deals and deepen economic and trade cooperation. The city aims to achieve new breakthroughs in transaction volume and investment attraction, transforming CIIE's platform advantages into tangible results for the development of Changsha's open economy.
