Originally built in 1987, the 88-meter-tall tower is the first comprehensive radio and television tower in Hunan Province. The tower began upgrading and renovation last year. A high-rise viewing hall and an observation platform at the base of the tower have been created, enabling visitors to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Changsha and take in the breathtaking scenery along both sides of the Xiangjiang River.
