Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, met with Roland Reiland, ambassador of Luxembourg to China, and his entourage in Changsha on July 3, 2025.

On behalf of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, Secretary Shen welcomed the guests, noting that Hunan and Luxembourg have close friendship and fruitful industrial cooperation. He expected the two sides to further strengthen pragmatic collaboration in advanced manufacturing, sci-tech innovation, green low-carbon development, and other fields, better achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.

Ambassador Reiland thanked Hunan for its warm reception. He remarked that the Embassy of Luxembourg in China will give full play to its role as a bridge, promoting the communication and cooperation between the two sides in such fields as new energy vehicle, aviation and aerospace, new materials, and green development, to achieve more pragmatic results.
