Miao People Celebrate "Liuyueliu" Cultural Festival in Fenghuang County

On June 30, the 2025 Fenghuang Heku "Liuyueliu" Miao Cultural Festival was held at the Hong'an Community, Heku Town, Fenghuang County. Tens of thousands of Miao people dressed in festive attire gathered with tourists to celebrate the traditional festival, filling the air with vibrant singing and powerful drum performances. Activities also included displays of Miao silver ornaments and costumes, cultural performances, long-table banquets, as well as flower-drum and Miao song competitions. The event aimed to promote traditional culture of the Miao ethnic group and present a rich display of authentic Miao folk culture, injecting new vitality into the integrated development of local culture and tourism.
