The Changsha Economic Development Zone Hospital launched hotline service in English and Japanese for foreigners to respond to the recent round of COVID-19 epidemic outbreak. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It can provide health inquiry, medical advice, psychological counseling, and related consultation services.

Since earlier this month, the hospital has received many calls from and visits of foreigners in Changsha to seek advice on nucleic acid testing, medical care for infection, and fever diagnosis, said Sun Yuehui, director of the International Medical Center of the hospital. The hospital's international medical service could resolve communication barriers of foreigners, and make them feel at ease.
