The Xiangjiang River Changsha Comprehensive Hub is located in the Xiangjiang River Caijiazhou section in Wangcheng District. Since it began operation in September 2012, the navigation condition of the Changsha-Zhuzhou section has greatly improved, with the navigation capacity increasing from 1000-ton to 2000-ton level. This section has hence become an important channel linking the Xiangjiang River to the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
