Developing advanced manufacturing industry
Real economy revitalization will be emphasized. Major industrial projects will be strengthened and supported. Industry-oriented revitalization and industrial development in Hunan will be accelerated; Ten major industrial projects will be advanced. These areas include:

Continuing to expand effective investment
The "four networks" will be improved. There will be focus on foundations and benefiting individuals over the long run. Weak points and shortcomings will be addressed. Benefits will be expanded and broadened. High-quality development will be consolidated. Ten major infrastructure projects will advance. These projects include
• Recently completed Xinhua-Xinning Expressway
• New Yiyang-Changde Expressway Expansion Project
• Recently completed Radio and Television 5G Coverage Project
• Recently completed High-standard Farmland Construction Project
• Reconstruction of the Shaoshan-Jinggangshan Red Tourist Railway
• Continuing construction at the Changsha Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project
• Continuing construction of the Changsha-Yiyang-Changde Railway
•Continuing construction of the Yongzhou Power Plant and other major energy construction projects
• Continuing construction of the Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua Railway; and,
• Continuing construction of the Urban Flood Control and Drainage Project
