Jiang Difei, male, Han nationality, was born in October, 1966. He obtained a master's degree through an in service graduate course and is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK). He is now serving as vice governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province and chairman of the RCCK Hunan Provincial Committee.
