It was learned from the Development and Reform Commission of Hunan Province on September 20 that the People's Government of Hunan Province has organized and arranged a total of 309 provincial key construction projects in 2022. The government is now seizing the available construction period and go all out to promote the start and completion of the projects, and continue to stabilize investment.

There are 309 provincial key construction projects with a total investment of 1,852.4 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 452.7 billion yuan. Between January and August, an investment of 351.6 billion yuan had been completed, accounting for 77.7% of the annual plan and ahead of the schedule. Among them, 178 industrial development projects completed an investment of 178.7 billion yuan, accounting for 87.7% of the annual plan; 109 infrastructure projects completed an investment of 145.3 billion yuan, accounting for 68.8% of the annual plan; and, 16 social and livelihood projects completed an investment of 20.65 billion yuan, accounting for 86.6% of the annual plan.

The provincial development and reform authority noted that, in addition to the implementation of key provincial construction projects, Hunan has also focused on promoting the planned projects over the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and the newly-started ones this year. Meanwhile, it has striven for over 600 billion yuan quota in policy bank financing to support the construction of key projects.
