The Changsha (International) Health Ecological Science and Technology Industrial Park started construction in Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone on July 5. The total investment is 6 billion yuan. The construction of the Zhongkang Xinda Global Medical Technology Exhibition and Trade Center Changsha Pavilion Project inside the industrial park began simultaneously.

The industrial park covers a construction area of 1,605 mu, or 107 hectares. It enjoys unique geographical advantages. It connects the Changsha-Liuyang Expressway in the north, Laodong East Road in the south, Pingjiang-Rucheng Expressway in the west, and Jiankang Avenue in the east. It will be constructed in two phases. Upon completion, it will achieve an annual output value of 30 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of more than 1 billion yuan. This will facilitate Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone to accelerate industrial upgrading and foster new industrial growth drivers.

The industrial park will focus on leading industries such as health care products, healthy food and medical equipment exhibition and trade, build five functional areas, and introduce a number of leading international and domestic well-known enterprises, so as to push the health industry to a higher level.
