The MICA Art Museum, located in the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, officially opened on February 18, 2025 and is fully accessible to the public from February 19.
Four exhibitions kicked off on the opening day. They are: "Topologies of the Real: Tracing 2025", "The Journey of Beauty: Huxiang Culture and Art Exhibition", "Revolutionary Journey and People's Stories in Art Works", and "Florentijn Hofman Celebrate Now!" The exhibitions showcase diverse content and feature multi-style, multi-dimensional, and multi-media artistic expressions.
The museum will also host various art activities, allowing residents to experience art creation and cultivate their interest in art and providing a platform for learning and exchanging ideas about arts.

How to get there:
For those using the subway, visitors can take Changsha Metro Line 2, get off at the Culture & Arts Center Station [文化艺术中心站], and then walk to the museum.
How to visit:
Tickets can be purchased on the museum's official WeChat mini program, Douyin, Meituan, Dianping and other platforms. An early bird ticket allowing visitors to view all the exhibitions at the museum is priced at 98 CNY. Visitors can make a reservation to visit the exhibition "Revolutionary Journey and People's Stories in Art Works" for free.
