Yongfeng Hot Sauce Technology Upgrading Project

Introduction: The project is situated at the Technology Industrial Park in Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone. 50 mu is proposed for the first-phase development, with a total investment 50 m², and the main construction content involves three fields:

1. expand and reconstruct the bleachery plant covering 11,150 m². Of which: the bleachery covers an area of 6,300 m², the area of the warehousing plant is 3,500 m², the area of new production workshop is 1200 m² and the area of standardized experiment lab is 150 m²;

2. build a new integrated office and research building, with an area of 2,250 m²;

3. increase 9 sets of machinery and equipment for production and packaging.

Benefit assessment: After the project is completed and put into operation, its annual sales income will reach 250 million Yuan, with a profit of 18 million Yuan and tax of 3.6 million Yuan, bringing about 700 jobs, and the compensation for workers is 8.4 million Yuan. It is expected to recover the costs in 3 years.
