Infrastructure Construction of Southern Group of Huaihua Economic Development Zone

Introduction: Huaihua Economic Development Zone is a provincial development park focusing on the development of modern commerce and trade logistics and new processing industry. The planned area of southern region is 4.6 km².

Warehousing industry and new processing manufacturing industry will be prioritized. It is planned to construct main infrastructure project in the southern region. The main contents of project construction include:

1. About 6,500 mu of land will be acquired, leveled and developed within the planned scope in the south;

2. Roads including Ruyi Avenue, Jixiang Avenue, Xiping Road and Xingtang Road will be constructed with a total length of approximately 6.4 km. The road grades are mainly secondary road and branch road.

Policy guarantee: The detailed planning of southern area has already been completed. It is planned to commence the construction of Wuyang Avenue within this year. The project complies with urban construction planning and land utilization planning. Feasibility study report is now being compiled.
