Nanzhu Bamboo (Phyllostachys Pubescens) Series Deep Processing

Introduction: Changde city located in northwestern Hunan, has 10.54 million mu of forest land, including 790,000 mu bamboo base. The project aims to develop bamboo deep processing industry, and focuses on development of carbonized bamboo flooring, bamboo plywood, bamboo charcoal, container baseboard and other products. A carbonized bamboo plant that covers an area of 120 mu will be built, including 4 production lines, with annual output of carbonized bamboo flooring of 800,000m², and annual consumption of 4 million bamboo. Processing residues can be exploited to build a second bamboo plywood plant (with annual output of 10,000 m²) and a charcoal production plant with an annual output of 10,000 tons.

 

Benefit assessment: The output value of 800,000 m² of annual carbonized bamboo flooring production can be up to 100 million Yuan, with annual taxes of 28 million Yuan. The output value of 100,000 m² of bamboo plywood is expected to reach 8 million Yuan, with a profit and tax of up to 1.6 million Yuan. The output value of charcoal with an annual output of 10,000 tons is expected to reach 5 million Yuan, with a profit and tax of up to 1.5 million Yuan, and all products can be realized annual profits of 31 million Yuan.
