Precision Matching with Leading Disciplines of Shanghai Universities

A promotion meeting for the Shanghai job fair of the "Intelligence Converges in Xiaoxiang, Talent Gathers in Hunan" 2026 Initiative kicked off on October 11, 2026. A spokesperson of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan Province introduced the job openings for this recruitment event, which present four distinctive features.

- Comprehensive job types. There are 138 high-quality employers offering more than 6,100 job vacancies at the job fair. The employers cover various entities such as public institutions, postdoctoral workstations, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises. The positions encompass multiple categories, including technical, marketing and sales, administrative management, and production service. They provide multi-level job supply for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree holders, catering to the employment and career selection needs of talents with different educational backgrounds and professional specialties.

- Precision matching and alignment. The recruitment closely focuses on Hunan's talent needs to build itself into "Three Hubs" – an advanced manufacturing hub of national significance, a sci-tech and innovation hub with core competitiveness, and a hub of reform and opening up in China's inland regions. The fair gathers key scientific research institutions such as Furong Laboratory, Yuelushan Laboratory, and Tiansun Laboratory, as well as many advanced manufacturing enterprises such as CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC), and SANY Group. They offer an array of positions in engineering machinery, rail transit, advanced materials, artificial intelligence, and medical technology innovation. This reflects the precise matching and two-way empowerment between Shanghai universities' strong disciplines and Hunan's high-quality development.

- New industrial arenas. Among the employers participating in this recruitment, there are 17 listed companies, nine "Top 100 Enterprises in Hunan," 26 specialized and innovative enterprises, 22 "little giant" enterprises, 64 high-tech enterprises, and 26 key enterprises in industrial chains. More than two-thirds of the positions provided on site are in emerging and future industries.

- Competitive salary and benefits. At this special job fair, positions with a monthly salary of over 8,000 CNY account for 88.63%. The average minimum monthly salaries for doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degree holders are 14,000 CNY, 12,000 CNY, and 8,000 CNY respectively. The monthly salary for doctoral R&D positions at Lens Technology can reach 30,000 to 50,000 CNY. At Jingjia Micro, the monthly salary for doctoral positions is 45,000 to 60,000 CNY, and that for master's positions generally ranges from 20,000 to 45,000 CNY. At Wondershare Technology, the maximum annual salary for positions such as algorithm engineers and development engineers is close to one million CNY.
