The 11th China International Food and Catering Expo opened at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center on September 18. The expo spanned the entire industrial chain, including food ingredients, premium liquor, ceramic ware, hotel facilities, and cold-chain supply, while featuring themed exhibition areas for healthy food and traditional industries, along with several professional matchmaking events. Covering a total exhibition area of nearly 70,000 square meters, the expo attracted more than 1,300 enterprises from over 30 countries and regions, showcasing over 7,000 types of exhibits.
