The 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) will take place from September 8 to 11 in Xiamen, according to a press conference held for the event on September 6. Multiple Hunan enterprises will use the fair as a platform to showcase high-quality products and projects to the world.

CIFIT is China's only national-level exhibition dedicated to investment and one of the most influential investment events in the world. This year's fair will be structured around three core thematic sections: "Invest in China," "China's Outbound Investment" and "International Investment." It introduces a "dual guest countries of honor" mechanism for the first time, with Finland and Saudi Arabia jointly assuming the role. To date, more than 1,200 government agencies and business delegations from 129 countries and regions and 30 international organizations have registered to participate in the upcoming fair. This underscores the fair's growing international appeal and its distinctive role in facilitating two-way investment.

The venue is located at the Xiamen International Expo Center, with a total exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. The event features 14 specialized exhibition zones, along with 46 themed events and 52 project roadshows, which will comprehensively showcase investment opportunities in promising sectors such as new quality productive forces, the "Silk Road Maritime" initiative, and international supply chains.

The Hunan delegation has set up a pavilion themed "Join Hands with Hunan, Work Together for a Shared Future." More than ten Hunan enterprises will display high-quality products such as embodied intelligence, intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles, AI-powered interactive 3D transparent displays, and golden tea. Meanwhile, an independent project roadshow area has been set up, with three roadshows planned to promote 28 high-quality investment projects in fields such as biomedicine, new energy, new materials, and the low-altitude economy. 

The Hunan delegation will also participate in the launch ceremony of the Hunan-Fujian "Silk Road Maritime" sea-rail intermodal transport corridor and hold events such as the investment promotion conference for the "Xiangtan Hot Valley" bio-manufacturing industry.
