Hunan Solicits Public Opinions on Livelihood Projects in 2027

The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan Province released an announcement on September 2 that the province will continue to prioritize a series of livelihood projects that deliver tangible benefits in 2027. An initiative to solicit public opinions across the province was launched.

The initiative will run through October 15, 2026. Adhering to the principles of legality, feasibility, accessibility, and effectiveness, and focusing on ensuring people's access to childcare, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, social assistance, and emergency support, the intiative aims to solicit public opinions on the areas closely tied to people's daily lives, including but not limited to employment, entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, social security, ecological environment, housing, transportation, culture, sports, tourism, elderly care and services to disabled individuals, public security, urban construction and management, and rural revitalization.

People from all walks of life across the province may submit their suggestions by logging on to the official websites of the Hunan Provincial People's Government and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan Province, or by mailing letters, sending emails, or by scanning the "Scan for Livelihood Projects" QR code.
