The 139th edition of the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is scheduled to take place from April 15 to May 5 in Guangzhou in three phases. More than 520 companies from Hunan Province participated, including 40 well-known brands and over 100 high-quality first-time exhibitors, with a total of more than 1,000 booths—marking a record high in both the number of exhibitors and exhibition booths.

Currently, Hunan is accelerating upgrade of products towards high-tech, high value-added, and high-growth orientations (three new high products), with electromechanical products accounting for nearly half of the province's exports. The Hunan delegation prioritized high-tech enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises, showcasing the image of the three new high products. More than 180 participating enterprises—accounting for 34% of the total—held national or provincial-level titles.

As a new brand enterprise, Suntown Technology Group Co., Ltd. (SNTO) showcased its fifth-generation lightweight formwork system, 600-millimeter single-panel integrated molding technology, and aluminum foil insulation materials, providing reliable and efficient system solutions for building industrialization. As a long-standing brand at the Canton Fair, Xunda Science & Technology Group showcased its new "tablet gas hob," with an overall body thickness of just 24 millimeters—one millimeter thinner than the diameter of a one-yuan coin—offering an integrated smart solution to common kitchen challenges. Wanshsin made its debut at the Canton Fair, displaying its core products such as RV reducers and harmonic reducers.

The number of exhibition zones at this year's Canton Fair has expanded to 179, with nine new zones added for the first time, including smart wearables, display technology, consumer drones, prefabricated houses, and garden facilities. Multiple companies showcased their products in the fashion accessories zone. During the first phase of the Canton Fair, Hunan delegation is scheduled to host a supply-demand matching event for Hunan's foreign trade industrial clusters, showcasing products from enterprises in the province's distinctive hardware and electromechanical industrial clusters. This aims to help more local manufacturing companies actively and independently expand into diverse markets.

According to the "Hunan Trade Global" Key Overseas Exhibition Directory released this year, the province will organize and support more than 4,000 domestic and international exhibition participations by local enterprises throughout the year.
