On April 10, the Meadin Academy announced the list of China's Top 100 5A Scenic Spots by Brand Influence in March 2026. Three 5A scenic areas in Hunan made the list, with the Yuelu Mountain–Orange Isle Tourist Area ranking seventh nationwide and first in central China.

The top ten attractions on the 5A scenic area brand influence ranking this March are: the Palace Museum, the Summer Palace, the Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area in Huangshan, the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou, the Emei Mountain Scenic Area in Leshan, the Jiuzhaigou Tourist Area in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, the Yuelu Mountain–Orange Isle in Changsha, the Culture and Tourism Area of the Ancient City of Taizhou, the Suzhou Gardens (Humble Administrator's Garden, Tiger Hill, and Lingering Garden), and Tai'erzhuang Ancient Town Scenic Area in Zaozhuang City. It is worth noting that the Yuelu Mountain–Orange Isle Tourist Area ranked fifth nationwide in the natural landscape category and first in central China.
In March, three 5A scenic areas in Hunan made the list, including the Fenghuang Ancient Town Tourist Area, ranking 69th nationawide and fifth in central China; and, the Aizhai–Shibadong–Dehang Grand Canyon Scenic Area in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, ranking 100th in China.
