On the morning of January 14, the operational launch ceremony of the Hunan-Jiangxi Border Area Digital Trade Headquarters Center was held in Chaling County, Zhuzhou City. With a total investment of 50 million CNY, the project encompasses seven major parts including a digital trade industry big data center, an innovation and entrepreneurship live-streaming platform service center, and a comprehensive foreign trade service center. Resources across the border area between Hunan and Jiangxi provinces will be integrated through an "industrial internet + brand + channel + supply chain finance" model. Since a trial operation agreement was signed on May 28, 2025, the center has cumulatively achieved foreign trade volume of 21 million CNY.
During the ceremony, the Hunan-Jiangxi Border Area Digital Trade Headquarters Center also signed strategic cooperation agreements on overseas channels with four enterprises, further expanding cross-border trade channels. It is projected that over the next five years, the initiative will generate an additional 1.21 billion CNY in local domestic trade and 900 million CNY in foreign trade value for the border area between the two provinces. Efforts will be made to attract 97 enterprises to operate at the center, generating local tax revenue of 20.72 million CNY.
The official operation of the headquarters center will play a significant role in promoting coordinated development in the border area between Hunan and Jiangxi and revitalizing the export-oriented economy in central China.
