The opening ceremony of the 2025 Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival and the finals of the 2025 International Street Dance Festival were held at the Tianmen Cave Square in Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie on the evening of September 15.

The festival was co-hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Government. The event seamlessly integrated street dance art with cultural and tourism landmarks, attracting over a thousand dancers from nearly 20 countries and regions, who gathered amidst the spectacular peaks and magnificent waters. Through the medium of street dance, the event initiated a cultural exchange feast transcending geographical boundaries.

Various finals, performances and routines by international judges and guests took place in succession. After rounds of intense competition, the Chinese Youth Team and the Chinese Junior Team swept the top two prizes in the International 4on4 Crew Battle. Cui Shengyu claimed the championship in the Breaking 1on1 Battle, while Dykens won the Hip-Hop 1on1 Battle title. The duo Dykens & Ines secured victory in the Freestyle 2on2 Battle. The routine championship was awarded to the Young Power for their performance "We Are the Future." The Winner Hiphop Junior Group secured second place with "Let's Lock Together," and the Huayuan Fanlin Street Dance Junior Group won third place with "Looking Up." Daxiang Street Dance received the Best Choreography award for "The Fun of Dong Ethnic Group," and Rainbow Block earned Best Performance for "Secret Agent Kids."

The five-day Zhangjiajie Street Dance Festival featured a series of themed activities, including street dance flash mobs, international master classes, street dance gatherings, and international youth exchange events. During this period, young participants from various countries toured Zhangjiajie together, immersing themselves in the natural landscapes and cultural charm of the area. They captured these moments of cultural exchanges and shared them with the world through short videos and photos.
