The 2025 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition – Southeast Asia opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On the first day of the exhibition, 11 companies signed contracts on the site, totaling 2.227 billion CNY. Leading construction machinery enterprises from Hunan Province played a pivotal role at the event. Guests from multiple countries spoke highly of the contributions of Hunan's intelligent manufacturing to infrastructure development and industrial upgrading in ASEAN.

The three-day exhibition, themed "High-End, Intelligent, and Green," covers a total exhibition area of 6,000 square meters. The exhibition showcases nearly a thousand products and industrial solutions across such sectors as construction machinery, mining equipment, and emergency response gear. Hunan-based enterprises boast a prominent position. Star products from Hunan's intelligent manufacturing sector—Sany's excavators and mining dump trucks, Zoomlion's engineering cranes, Sunward's excavators, and Sinoboom's 58-meter aerial work platforms—have garnered significant attention from international buyers.

Being held for three sessions, the Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition – Southeast Asia has become a vital platform for Hunan Province to build itself into a "model zone for global expansion of manufacturers" and deepen international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. This year's event will feature multiple high-level forums and nearly 20 one-on-one business matchmaking meetings, driving comprehensive collaboration between Hunan and ASEAN countries in construction machinery, mining equipment, and emergency response gear.
