On August 19, the Hunan Yonghezhen Fruit and Vegetable Trading Co., Ltd. held an inaugural ceremony for vegetable exports to Western Europe in Yongzhou. Two trucks of fresh vegetables, such as lotus roots, king oyster mushrooms, and taros, were transported from Yongzhou to Shenzhen for export to the United Kingdom.

At the ceremony, the first batch of vegetable export order transactions were completed through the "Yongzhou Vegetable Unified Market Supply Chain Platform," with a total value of more than 20,000 GBP, equivalent to over 200,000 CNY. The company will utilize a digital supply chain management platform covering the entire industrial chain to integrate data across the entire process. From planting planning, plantation management, harvesting and processing, cold chain storage, logistics tracking, to terminal sales, the platform will help empower high-quality development of foreign trade through digitalization. The Yongzhou Customs Authority also issued a "Phytosanitary Certificate" to the company on the site.
