The 2025 Hunan Super League will take place from September to December 2025, spanning 17 weeks. A total of 98 matches will be held at stadiums across 13 cities and one prefecture, with matches scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The timing of each round's matches will be staggered.
According to competition rules, each city and prefecture will organize a representative team named after their respective city or prefecture, with each region limited to registering one team. The players in every match should include at least three high school students, with no restrictions on the number of college students or members of the public participants. In less than two months since late June, 14 teams comprising a total of 700 participants have been recruited.
