On July 20, the Culture, Tourism, Sports, Radio, Film and Television Bureau of Jingzhou Miao and Dong Autonomous County granted the plaque with the inscription of "Forty-eight Villages Singing Gathering" Inheritance and Study Base to Laoli Village, Outuan Township.
