Recently, a preparatory meeting for the mobilization of the 12th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs was held in Hengyang. The forum is scheduled to take place in the city from September 22 to 24, 2026.

Themed "Building Hunan into a Hub, Opening a New Chapter in Commerce," the forum will consist of a "4+7+1" program structure. There will be four main events, seven parallel sessions, and one field inspection tour.

The four main events are: a signing ceremony between the People's Government of Hunan Province, the People's Government of Hengyang City, and the China National Nuclear Corporation; a meeting between provincial leaders and guests; a dinner exchange; and, the opening ceremony of the 12th Global Forum for Hunan Entrepreneurs.

The seven parallel sessions include: 

- "New Hunan: Hunan Entrepreneurs Gathering" representative assembly of the Hunan Entrepreneurs Friendship Association and the promotion conference for the return of Hunan entrepreneurs;

- "New Hunan: Great Health" pharmaceutical and healthcare industry development exchange meeting;

- "New Hunan: New Foreign Investment" symposium for overseas business associations and multinational corporations;

- "New Hunan: Intelligent Future" humanoid robot industrial seminar;

- "New Hunan: Hengyang Momentum" intelligent weighing apparatus and metrology industry investment promotion conference and industry-university-research cooperation matchmaking meeting;

- "New Hunan: New Vitality" global young Hunan entrepreneurs development and university student innovation and entrepreneurship promotion meeting; and,

- "New Hunan: Her Power" female entrepreneurs assisting Hunan's high-quality development exchange meeting.

A field inspection tour will be organized for guests to conduct on-site visits to industrial projects.

All preparations for the forum are currently in full swing.
