Pan marked that, Hunan and Marche’s exchange and cooperation broadened Hunan’s view on environmental protection, provided knowledge and experience, and improved its ecological and environmental protection and supervision. HEPT Group is an Italian state-owned enterprise on environmental services, and a leader in garbage and dangerous waste disposal business in Europe. He hoped HEPT would assist Hunan in ecological progress, and pollution control and management, with its advanced technology and management experience.
