Secretary Du inspected the implementation of community’s joint defense and control, and general public’s prevention and control in Dongjiabang Neighborhood, Lusong District.

On February 14, Du Jiahao, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee secretary, and Zhang Jianfei, CPC Hunan Provincial Standing Committee member and general secretary, visited Zhuzhou City. They went to factory areas and communities to supervise and inspect the epidemic prevention and control work, and extended cordial greetings to the medical and epidemic prevention workers who have been struggling in the prevention and control frontline.

The CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Hunan Province have made unified arrangement to win the battle against COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. On the second and third days of the first month on Chinese lunar calendar, the provincial leaders visited 13 cities and 1 prefecture, and state-owned enterprises in Hunan. They went to communities, rural areas, hospitals, and expressways’ toll stations, to extend cordial greetings to cadres, workers, and medical staff, who had been struggling in the front line of epidemic prevention and control. They also asked to mobilize, deploy, and strengthen comprehensive epidemic prevention and control.

The epidemic prevention and control work now has reached the most crucial stage. When the new situations and changes occurred due to enterprise resume work and passengers make their return journeys from home to the workplace, the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee established supervision groups once again. The provincial leaders led teams to cities and prefecture to supervise and inspect epidemic prevention and control work, and urged municipal governments to enhance their responsibilities; put epidemic prevention measures fully into practice; and, overcome careless and slack emotions, so as to better fulfill epidemic prevention and control tasks.

The CPC members and leaders at all levels should stick to their posts; work and take the lead at the front line; not only take up responsibility and give command, but also be good at overall planning and scientific organization; and, carry forward the spirit of “daring to be the forerunners” and unite and lead the people to win the people’s war, general war, and resistance war against epidemic prevention and control.
