Changsha Daming Ecological Leisure Resort, located in Daming Village, Laodaohe Town, Kaifu District, Changsha City, is surrounded by mountains and embraced by water with charming scene and pleasant climate. It is close to Qingzhuhu Golf Course, Changsha University and Hunan Broadcasting and TV Culture Industrial Park. This is one of the most famous tourism, leisure, body building and recuperation place of Changsha.
Covering a land area of 13.33 hectare, the 1st phase of the Project has gained investment of USD4.29 million, and a resort hotel with an area of 5,000m2 has been set up and armed with supporting facilities, such as tennis court, basketball court, fishing pound and leisure & entertainment facilities. At present, it is in good operation.
Planning area of the 2nd phase is 26.67 hectare which will be applied to construct resort mansion, villas, health & recuperating center and supporting facilities.
Total investment of the Project is USD28.58 million. It is estimated that profit margin of investment is 25% and pay-back period is 5 years.
