The Project is located in Changsha Qingzhu Lake Ecological (Sci-tech) Industrial Park from Shuanggui Road in the west, Qingchen Road in the east, Qiuchang Road in the west and Xingyue Road in the east. Excellent education resources are available near the Project, such as Qingzhuhu Foreign Xiangyi Language School and Zhounan Middle School. Public facilities, such as theaters, hospitals, Taiyangshan Forest Park, Exhibition Centre and so on, have been put into operation. Core road network are formed in all directions in the Park. Public transportation, network and other infrastructure including water, power & gas are fully equipped according to standards of the municipal government. Hence it is applicable to develop top grade real estate.
The land belongs to reserve center of Changsha City. As construction land, it is planned to be residential area. Its total area is 57.57 hectare (actual calculating area is subject to central line of roads). Plot ratio is 1.5; greening ratio excesses 40%; and maximum height of buildings is 45m.
Total Investment of the Project: land price is approx. USD100 million. Others shall be determined by development and construction conditions.
