Xingsha belongs to Changsha County and is in the east of Changsha urban. Depending on its 12 transportation joints to Changsha City and 8 bus lines to downtown, it realizes seamless connection to Changsha City and becomes one of commercial sub-centers of Changsha. Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Changsha-Yong’an Expressway, State Highway 107, under constructed Wuhan-Guangdong Railway and S209 Line all pass through Xingsha, which enhances its commercial influence to surrounding areas. At present, permanent population of Xingsha amounts to 100 thousand. It is estimated that it will reach 500 thousand in future. At National Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone within area of Xingsha, there are 15 Global Top 500 enterprises and famous enterprises both domestic and abroad such as Broad Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., Sany Heavy Industry, Changfeng Liebao,
Jiangnan Zhongtai and Hunan Shanhe Intellectual Machinery Inc. etc. In order to meet rapidly increasing consumption requirements of Xingsha, the Project intends to construct shopping mall covering an area of over 200,000 m2 including comprehensive facilities of high and mid-grade department store, amusement center, food plaza and theater. In addition, it will construct a five-star hotel with at least 1 thousand rooms, hotel-type apartment with over 270 rooms and underground parking lot with 1 thousand parking spaces. It is estimated that after finishing construction, its annual sales may reach USD100-114.29 million; annual profit and taxes excess USD71.43 million; and it provides over 1 thousand jobs.
