Datuo Town is located in the south part of the new development area of Hunan Provincial Government and close to Tianxin Environmental Protection Industrial Park of Hunan. The Project intends to develop and construct production and settlement land of farmers.
Herein the 1st land is “farmers’ production and settlement land of Pitang Village, Datuo Town”. Its total area is 9.67 hectare; plot ratio is 1.1; greening ratio is 40%; maximum height of buildings is 24 meters. Leasing period is 20 years.
The 2nd land is “farmers’ production and settlement land of Heishi Village, Datuo Town”. Its total area is 14.13 hectare; plot ratio is 1.1; greening ratio is 40%; maximum height of buildings is 40 meters. Leasing period is 20 years.
The 3rd land is “farmers’ production and settlement land of Jiufeng Village, Datuo Town”. Its total area is 16.8 hectare; plot ratio is 1.8; greening ratio is 40%; maximum height of buildings is 24 meters. Leasing period is 70 years.
Except area within red line, the rest land of the above mentioned 3 areas have already equipped with road, electricity, water supply, drainage, communication and gas. The 3 lands all belong to the core combination area of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City. Its road network extends in all directions. Surrounding it, there is the photovoltaic industrial base with the 48th Research Institute of Ministry of Electronics Industry as core, the biggest logistics base of the Middle South area with Yili Logistics Park as core, steel distribution center and a series of industrial bases and professional market.
The west part of the Project is close to channel of Xiangjiang River and surrounded by South Shuyuan Road, South Furong Road, State Highway 107 and lots of urban trunk roads. It takes 5 minutes to get into loop highway and Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and 45 minutes to Huanghua International Airport by car. There is a special branch line at Beijing-Guangzhou Railway toward Yili Logistics Park.
The Project intends to mainly introduce logistics, industrial and commercial supporting industries.
