Shaoshan Yongquan Science Park is a hi-tech park at the provincial level established with approval of Hunan provincial government. The park, which is located in Shaoshan, the hometown of Chairman Mao Tse-tung and a famous historic and scenic spot at the national level as well, can enjoy the preferable policies for provincial hi-tech zones and for former revolutionary bases. Presently there are more than ten enterprises in the park, majoring in various fields from biological medicine, lead-acid battery to steel construction manufacturing, etc. and logistics distribution services are urgently needed. This project is constructed mainly to meet the need of the industrial logistics and the business and trade specialty industry in Shaoshan. It is located to the north of the connecting line of Tanshao Expressway, to the south of the railroad, to the east of 3208 Provincial Highway, covering 250 mu with a gross building acreage of 70,000㎡.
