It is designed mainly to build such zones as steel scraps processing zone, return scraps storing zone, scrapped cars storing and disassembling zone, scrapped nonferrous metals processing zone and a processing zone for waste paper, rags and plastics, aiming at constructing a logistics center mainly for scrapped steel and for the recycling, processing, storing and utilizing of other renewable resources.
