Fourth water plant site in the town on both sides of the River to the north of Changchun, located in the north of the Wu-fu Road, Yingchun Road to the west, covers an area of 120 acres, the site from the river-owned Road 100. The scale of construction in the near future to 100,000 tons / day, the long-term 200,000 tons / day, water treatment technology using conventional water treatment.

Fourth water plant project will tackle the problem that Jiangbei District without water and ease the local water tension effectively. Now theacquisition of land and the preliminary design for the project has been completed. States are entitled to preferential VAT rate of 6%.
Background of the project:
With the city of Yiyang further economic, city scale and population continues to grow, the existing water supply systems are no longer satisfied the needs of urban development. In an increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand, Yiyang Running-water Company submits “application on the city of Yiyang in the fourth water plant project construction” to Planning Commission of Yiyang in August 28 1998. The application planed to build the fourth water plant in the upper reaches of the western Ziyang Section of Yiyang. At present, the project has begun preliminary work to start demolition land acquisition, plan and design completed.
