Project content:Yiyang Port 1000T Dock Project is one part of the Dongting Lake Yiyang-Lulintan Navigation Construction Project, Yiyang Port 1000T Dock Project. Located at Niwan Village (800m lower reaches of No.2 Zijiang Bridge), Lanxi Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City, the project shall build one 1000T container dock and one 1000T sundry goods dock, with an annual handling capacity of 500,000t (including 8,000 TEUs), a land area of 32,950m2, a storage area of 7,920m2 and a production and subsidiary construction area of 1,993m2. The land requisition and resettlement is being implemented for the project. We plan to start the project construction in December 2008 and shall complete the construction within 2 years. After the completion, the project shall become a goods collection and distribution center, which realizes smooth connection of branch and main rivers, river and sea coordinated transport and railway and water split-flow transport. With low investment and high efficacy, the project shall realize an internal yield rate of 12.69% and an economic net current value of RMB 109.50 million, with an investment pay-back period of 10.11 years.
