By adopting the strong turbulence carbonization process at room temperature, the average size of the nano calcium carbonate is 20 ~ 100mm, in the shape of particles cubic, spherical, elliptical, and chain. The particle has uniform size and shape and high-brightness. With low costs, the total cost is 1000-1350 yuan. The product is widely used in plastics, rubber, ink, sealant, cable, medicine, food, paper, paint and other industries. According to the market demand, the project can also produce specialized nano calcium products, such as ink nano calcium, special silicone rubber nano calcium, calcium nano-specific medicine, plastic filler dedicated nano calcium, special coatings nano calcium, food-specific nano calcium, Cable-specific nano calcium.
Abundant limestone resource:
The proved reserve of limestone in Anhua County is 9.5billion tons and the content of CaCO3 has reached 97.5%
Convenient transportation
Anhua County boats complete transportation network, with Hunan-Guizhou Railway running through its southwest region, the 207 national highway and the Guangdong-Guangxi express stretching from north to south and the 308 provincial highway from east to west. Dongping Town of the county is only 190km far from the capital city Changsha,(three-hour car journey). The water transportation of Zijiang River extends to Dongting Lake.

Anhua County has complete infrastructure in regards to the access to road, water, electricity, gas, culture, education and medical treatment. It has 49 hydroelectric stations for instance, the Hunan Tuoxi , the Dongping and the Zhuxikou hydroelectric stations, with a total installed capacity of 2,200,000 kilowatts and has 4 110,000-volt substations.

Market forecast:
At present, China's annual production capacity of nano calcium carbonate is about 200,000 tons, with another nearly 100,000 tons imported. Consumption increases at an average annual growth of 15%. It is estimated that by the year 2010 the consumption demand will reach 700,000 tons. Therefore, the project has a large market. If the price can be reduced by 20% or more, the demand for nano calcium carbonate will enjoy a remarkable increase.

After putting into production, the annual sales will reach 300million yuan, with annual tax of 75million yuan.
