Project content: Making full use of the abundant bamboo resource of Taojiang County, the project adopts the scientific research fruits of China Forestry Scientific Research Institute, Central South Forestry University and Zhejiang Province Forest Scientific Research Institute. The technology is ripe, reliable and advanced. Utilizing the domestic equipments made in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Jiangsu, the project adopts timber pyrogenation technology to carbonize the remainders of the bamboo materials after processing, and finally produces four products: bamboo charcoal, bamboo vinegar, bamboo tar and bamboo gas. The project shall produce great promotion effect in increasing peasants’ income, transferring surplus rural labor force and strengthening regional economic competitive strength. With advanced technology, the project shall further release the economic potential of the bamboo resource and be of great importance to extend the industrial chain, heighten the industrial competitive strength and realize healthy and sustainable development of the bamboo industry. With no pollution source in the course of construction and production, the project accords with the environmental protection requirements. Summing up the above-mentioned, we consider that the project has high economic benefits, low risk and strong operatablility, accords with the industrial encourage policy of the state. It is practical and feasible.
